Job Summary

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking an office-based Assistant to join our Information Technology team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success.


  • Facilitate quarterly User Account Reviews (UAR) for our SOx & SOC2 applications and twice a year for our GxP applications;
    • Maintain the UAR calendar;
    • Maintain and update all Work Instructions on how each review is performed;
    • Track the status of each UAR;
    • Communicate and coordinate with Business and Technical users to ensure UARs are completed in a timely manner;
    • For some systems, prepare and perform the UAR;
    • For new systems, develop the process for handling the UAR and create a new Work Instruction ;
  • Facilitate the Disaster Recovery Readiness verification twice a year;
    • Track the status of each DR Checklist;
    • Prepare the DR Test Plan and Summary Report;
    • Coordinate the updating of the DR Systems and Servers list;
    • Prepare each DR checklist;
    • Communicate and coordinate with each System Owner to ensure each DR Checklist is completed in a timely manner;
    • Perform a Good Documentation Practices (GDP) review of each completed checklist;
    • Maintain and update the Work Instruction on how each DR is performed;
  • Perform other activities as necessary or required.


  • Excellent computer skills, especially a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proven ability to multi-task;
  • Capable and willing to quickly self-learn new processes; and
  • Project coordinator experience is a plus!
